The surface is degreased for enclosure, dusted, rusted, phosphated, and passivated. The tank is equipped with a controlled temperature, time, pressure, pH value, and discharge cycle.
After pretreatment, our enclosure’s surface is not only oil-free, rust-free, and dust-free, but also forms a uniform, rough, rust-resistant gray phosphating film on the original silver-white and shiny surface, which plays a rust-proof role and increases the adhesion of the spray-coated layer.

Onlywy’s each powder coating has corresponding technical indicators and curing process requirements. The process refers to the temperature and time of the powder coating film baked in the oven. The curing time requirements of plastic spraying equipment are stringent, and the curing time control is significant. Our engineer must be kept warm according to the rules to ensure the effectiveness of the plastic spraying.
Our oven has a heat-insulating hot air circulation device to ensure uniform temperature. The enclosure must be placed in the oven to maintain a gap and provide air circulation. The enclosure must also be cooled after curing. Each step is linked and strictly operated according to the standard process requirements.

Most Onlywy’s powder-coated products are manufactured from sheet steel and Galvanized sheet; according to customer requirements, powder coating is applied to the raw material.
Normally processed by 4 steps, as No.1 and No.2 both for cleaning, which remove dust, rust, and oils with a Phosphate coating. No.3 is powder coating, and No.4 is temperature curing with cold cooling.
